How long does it take to ship items?

Items ship the business day after purchase from our warehouse in Nevada. Each shipping method estimates the length of shipping time. For international orders, shipments may be delayed due to customs. When customs delays occur items are generally delayed by no more than ten days. 

Where can I track the status of shipment?

You can track and view your order from the 'View your order' button within your order confirmation e-mail. Additionally, you should receive e-mail and/or text (if you opted for it) communications throughout the life-cycle of your order.

What are the sizes of your products?

Each individual product listing contains an image with size chart information. Roll20 jersey sizes tend to be smaller than most other brands, please consider getting items one size larger than you usually wear.
