Marketplace Creator How-To: Individual Asset Tagging

This page is intended for Roll20 Creators only.

This walkthrough will outline where to go in order to update your assets and how to update them individually or in bulk.

If you have any questions about anything outlined in this walkthrough or need further assistance, please contact us through our web form and we will be happy to provide further guidance.

Getting To Your Assets

In order to get to your assets to begin the editing process, you will need to navigate to its specific product page within the marketplace.

Then, you will need to scroll down the bottom until you reach the section pictured below that outlines how many items are included in your content to begin editing/tagging.

Editing and Tagging Your Assets in Bulk

Once you’ve reached the bottom portion of the product page, click on EDIT ALL IMAGES to edit all of your assets at once. Bulk editing is great for quickly making some mass changes to all of your items at once.

From here, you can then edit the following aspects at one time: Image Name, Tags (Up to 3) and the default grid cell dimensions. Please be sure to click SAVE CHANGES at the bottom or else your changes will not be recorded in the system.

Editing and Tagging Your Assets Individually

Once you’ve reached the bottom portion of the product page, click on the PENCIL ICON to edit your assets on an individual basis. Individual editing is great for quick and specific changes that only need to be made to a few items.

From here, you can then edit the following aspects at one time: Image Name, Tags (Up to 3) and the default grid cell dimensions (width & height). Please be sure to click SAVE CHANGES at the bottom or else your changes will not be recorded in the system.

The only difference here is, only the single asset you selected shows up in this screen (unlike bulk editing where multiple assets could be accessed by scrolling down). So if you wish to edit another item individually, you will need to repeat the steps above.
