How to Clear Cookies for Site Login Issues

What is causing the issue?

A cookie saved in your browser has become corrupted due to an issue with one of our service providers. We're working on a permanent fix with that service provider, but, until then, we can provide a workaround so you can log back in as normal.

Fixing the issue

To fix the issue, you need to delete the bad Roll20 cookies in your respective browser so Roll20 can generate a new cookie for you. Directions for doing so, based on your browser, can be found below.

Chrome

To start, go to roll20.net as normal. Then, once you are there, right-click anywhere in your browser and select the menu item titled Inspect. Clicking this will take you to the developer tools for Chrome.

Once you are in the developer tools window, navigate to the Application tab at the top.

From there, click the Cookies link under the Storage heading and select ANY DOMAIN that has roll20.net in the name. For most users, the only domain available will be https://app.roll20.net/.
